PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience with any of the following: JavaScript, Vue.js, Angular, Python, C#, Single Page Apps, PL/SQL, SQL, VBA or other scripting languages Experience with mapping software like ArcGIS or Mapbox Experience with development as well as gathering business requirements Experience with front, middle and back-end development EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree: Electrical Engineering or related field (Required) or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required CERTIFICATION PE Professional Engineer (Preferred) WORK LOCATION – Taylor, TX: Employees will be required to be on-site in Taylor, TX at a minimum of 2 days per week, or more, as needed based on the business needs as determined by management On-site schedules are flexible or may be rotated based on business needs as determined by the Manager Remote work is required to be performed from your Texas residence. Investigation, analysis, and development of data displays needed by System Operators Development of new and existing analytical tools used by Engineers and Coordinators to maintain system reliability Provide documentation and guidance needed by Project teams in order to deploy new tools Provide documentation and guidance for the development of training and training material Develop vendor applications to their fullest extent through changes in software, processes, and training Investigation, evaluation, and bench-marking of new display and tool technologies Develop test scripts and tests the functionality of tools developed REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Level 2 Engineer: Requires minimum 1 year job related work experience in excess of degree requirements.
