These assets include: mechanical systems (boilers, chillers, air handlers, pumps, heat exchangers, air compressors, BAS, etc.), building structure (roofs, exterior masonry, walls, windows, doors, door hardware, elevators, etc.); utility systems (electrical distribution, interior/exterior lighting, drainage, plumbing, etc.); landscape; roadways/sidewalks/parking lots; equipment and vehicles. Provide leadership and direction to campus facility operations staff in the areas of mechanical, electrical plumbing, and architectural systems, plant operations, custodial services, groundskeeping, and facility related campus services.
