This role involves caring for a diverse range of patients, from clinic-type cases to severe conditions such as strokes, STEMIs, Level I trauma, post-surgical complications, pregnancy complications, pediatrics, behavioral health, and other emergencies within the Emergency Department. The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) provides competent and independent nursing care in various clinical settings, demonstrating awareness of critical elements surrounding each situation.
