ul> At Prevea Health The RN Pre-Admission/Chart Review plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient pre-operative process by conducting comprehensive reviews of patient medical records prior to surgical or procedural admissions.
Responsible for triaging incoming calls from patients and families, assessing their needs, giving appropriate advice, and facilitating appointments with physicians and advanced provider clinicians.
They provide patient care, educate patients and their families, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
