Unit Acuity & Ratios: High-volume Level II Trauma Center seeing 250–340 visits/day; covers STEMI, stroke (TNK), MVA, GSW, sepsis, chest tubes; ~30% pediatric volume; strict California 1:4 staffing ratios.
