Strong phlebotomy skills (required), post mold (casts), perform EKGs (teach), CS, POC testing (teach), assisting with intra-facility transfers, assist with collection specimens (stool, urine), placing patients on tele monitor, assist in turning patients (ED boarding). General ED skills: Strong IV skills, cardiac rhythm interpretation/monitoring, foley placement/management, NGT placement/management, ventilator management (esp.
