Skills required: RN: Strong CVOR background is needed across all specialties – ability to work independently with minimal guidance in the following cases: CABG, TAVR, Valve replacements, Thoracic cases are robotic (lobectomy, hernia repair), Generator exchanges, Lead extractions, cardiac organ procurement/harvesting, Fem-pop Bypass. Patient Types: Cardio and Thoracic surgeries – CABG, TAVR, Valve replacements, Thoracic cases (lobectomy, hernia repair), Generator exchanges, Lead extractions, Fem-pop bypass, open vascular cases, AAA, carotids, conversions.
