Schedule: Rotating shifts with day and night coverage; rotating weekends; on-call requirements include 2 weeknight calls (7pm-7am), 2 weekend 24-hour calls, and 1 holiday 24-hour call per 4-week period. Diverse surgical case mix including joint replacement, orthopedics, spine, ENT, urology, vascular, podiatry, thoracic surgery, and plastic surgery.
