Responsible for day-to-day management of drug distribution, including all controlled substances, compounded sterile and non-sterile medications, hazardous medications, repackaged medications, and investigational drugs. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Accurately reviews, verifies, prepares, and dispenses medication orders per physician request according to established policies/procedures/protocols and based on pharmaceutical knowledge.
