EJF5: (10%) Provides high-level consultation and leadership within the Infectious Disease Prevention Section and the agency on topics such as health care system redesign, 340B, pharmaceutical purchasing and pricing, Class D pharmacy licensure, strategic planning for pharmaceutical and warehouse services, relevant legislative issues, healthcare policy, preparedness issues, etc. Serves as the staff pharmacist of the Class D pharmacies in the DSHS Public Health Regions (PHRs) including in-person and remote supervision of registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, physician assistants, technicians, and assistants, and carrying out the related aspects of provision of medications.
