Job Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements • Assume primary responsibility for responding to clients • Address tight deadlines with a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger administration, financial reporting, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations • Deliver exceptional service on time and on budget • Routinely communicate with Senior Accounting Consultants relating to financial close, accounting issues, and deliverables • Leverage multiple cloud-based accounting systems, and integrated add-ons, to provide accounting services for our clients. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience • Minimum of 2 years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis • Working knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Xero and/or Sage Intacct • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other common formulas • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a client-facing environment.
