Coordinates meetings for the Senior Director and staff as needed; Assists in monitoring budgets and expenditures; Prepare purchase requisitions; Formats and prepares statistical reports and related charts and graphs; Drafts routine correspondence; Prepares and coordinates the distribution of staff training materials; Keep up with changes in college business processes/software; May take dictation and/or transcribes notes, if necessary; Assist with special projects and related job-related duties as assigned. Typical duties are outlined below: Follows up with staff and administrators throughout the College, University, and the community to resolve problems; Coordinates the work of others for program activities and events, including registration, room arrangements, travel, fee collection, purchases, etc.
