To excel in this role, you must exercise considerable knowledge of operations, policies and laws, and participate in forming top-level policies and decisions; liaise among the ERS Executive Committee and Board of Directors, the parent company colleagues in the United States and Europe, subcontractors, suppliers, engineering firms and partners, as well as external agencies and other groups, to ensure safe and effective operation of the production site; and maximize all resources to function as a highly skilled, team-based, high-performing organization. Demonstrated expertise as a leader and manager of people, including managing staffing levels within budgetary guidelines, communicating clear expectations, managing performance toward effective business outcomes, providing motivation for personnel, and working collaboratively with the management team and human resources to resolve all employee relations matters.
