As the Director, Retail Design & Décor you will be responsible for defining and executing the enterprise retail design strategy across all customer-facing environments, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience that aligns with CVS Health's brand purpose, customer insights, and business objectives. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support new store openings, remodels, format evolutions, service expansions, and strategic retail initiatives across Pharmacy, Front Store, MinuteClinic, and Specialty Health Services.
