Legal Entity Aultman Hospital Position Summary The primary purpose of the Staffing Specialist is to perform assigned duties in an efficient manner, in accordance with established procedures to assure that staffing and scheduling are maintained to improve workflow, maintain positive patient outcomes, and reduce operational costs. The department works closely with nursing leaders, clinical staff, and other departments to coordinate staffing across the hospital, respond to changing patient care needs, and help maintain safe staffing levels 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
