In particular, we are looking for a designer who is entrepreneurial, has a sharp and discerning eye, can build for complexity while maintaining subtlety, and has solid research chops (with fairly niche users) - going beyond what they say to what they really need. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to set vision, raise the quality bar, and elevate other designers, including shaping AI experiences that are trustworthy, explainable, and appropriately controlled.
