What You’ll Do Lead the day-to-day operations of the Forest Park branch Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Drive new business development and revenue growth within the local market Identify opportunities to expand staffing partnerships with employers Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and branch staff Oversee recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, placements, and workforce needs Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver staffing solutions Monitor branch performance, productivity, and key staffing metrics Help ensure a strong candidate and client experience from initial contact through placement Collaborate with SwipeJobs leadership and internal teams to support business growth Represent SwipeJobs professionally within the local business community What We’re Looking For 5+ years of staffing industry experience, preferably in a branch or market leadership role Proven experience managing recruiters or staffing teams Strong business development and client relationship skills Experience within light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or high-volume staffing preferred Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts Strong understanding of recruiting, onboarding, workforce management, and staffing operations Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills A hands-on management style with the ability to both lead a team and develop business Why Us?
