Visit stores regularly to review store environments, key business metrics and to provide feedback regarding all aspects of store operations including staffing, selling skills, payroll planning, sales reporting, visual merchandising, stock management, expense management, human resources, safety and security, and operations policies. We are seeking an Area Manager to provide leadership and direction to 7 store locations in OR, WA and CA, in the areas of key business metrics, sales and profitability, payroll cost control, merchandising, selling and customer service, recruiting, selecting, training, coaching and developing staff.
