Examples of specialized experience includes applying quantitative process methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the productivity and effectiveness of programs; knowledge of administrative policies, regulations, concepts, and procedures to manage the education and academic office that affects the use of administrative programs; knowledge to plan, schedule, conduct, and facilitate administrative projects and evaluate and recommend ways to improve the productivity of administrative work operations or supporting settings; knowledge of the major issues, program goals and objectives, work processes, and administrative operations of the organization; knowledge of joint military administrative structures and procedures; ability to effectively organize and analyze information, produce reports, and develop briefings that present clear and concise solutions; analyze incoming tasks; and assign tasks to the appropriate office or subject-matter expert; skill and ability of data storage and transfer capabilities.
