The Manager, IAM Engineering serves as the primary point of accountability for identity platform engineering outcomes, while collaborating closely with IAM Provisioning, Security Architecture, Security Operations, Infrastructure, and application teams to deliver reliable identity services and drive continuous improvement across the IAM program. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership, Performance & Development-Leads, develops, and evaluates the IAM engineering team, including staffing, performance management, skill development, and workload prioritization to ensure consistent delivery and long‑term capability growth.
