The specialist will also cultivate corporate sponsorships, apprenticeship opportunities, and workforce-aligned educational pathways; coordinate student onboarding; maintain accurate CRM records; and collaborate with faculty and college departments to strengthen enrollment pipelines, expand industry partnerships, and achieve recruitment goals. This role develops strategic partnerships with high schools, CTE centers, regional employers, dealerships, and industry associations while leading territory-based recruitment, outreach events, presentations, hands-on program demonstrations, and personalized enrollment guidance.
