You will collaborate with Partners, Professional Development and other office leaders to help develop and lead recruiting strategy for the location; you will build and maintain peer-based relationships with leaders; you will partner with consultants, source recruiters, and other members of the recruiting community to plan and execute all aspects of core recruiting efforts, including attraction, assessment, cultivation and onboarding.
