Minimum Job Requirements* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or healthcare related field* 4-7 years of finance or related field experience* 4-7 years of financial analysis, data management, financial reporting experience* 1-3 years of acute care healthcare experience either within the industry or with industry clienteleKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities* Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, preferred.* Job Specific Duties* Leads Biweekly Labor Resource Meeting and serves as resource to the CFO.* Manages the biweekly reporting to OLT and ELT and mentors leaders through the biweekly productivity process.* Analyzes productivity targets and advises leaders on change impacts.*
