Working in partnership with the SIOP Director of Self-Perform Steel, this role translates strategic initiatives into operational execution, develops future leaders, strengthens business processes, and promotes a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Serving as the primary business leader for day-to-day fabrication operations, this position establishes operational priorities, aligns cross-functional teams, removes barriers to execution, and drives accountability across the organization.
