Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are as follows: ship fit components of the ship either repair or new builds are completed on time, to specifications, and within scope of the project 100% of the time; ensures staffing levels are adequate to meet the deadlines; follows up with team members to ensure that they have proper training and tools to complete their jobs; completes all training assigned on time 100% of the time; and ensures that team has completed their training 95% of the time. Set up and operate fabricating machines, such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, grinders, and drill presses, to bend, cut, form, punch, drill, or otherwise form and assemble metal components.
