The successful candidate will be able to clearly communicate the status of C4IT actions and decisions, ownership and due dates, affected systems or deliverables, supporting evidence for closure, and unresolved issues affecting cost, schedule, quality, security, commissioning, accreditation, or facility acceptance. The Lead Network Systems Engineer will serve as a primary technical interface for C4IT among the Program Management Office, the Owner's Advisor, the Progressive Design-Build contractor, facility designers, security stakeholders, commissioning personnel, and operations representatives.
