p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: • Wash and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, and kitchen utensils • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, pots, pans, and service tools • Store all equipment and supplies in proper, designated locations • Sweep, mop, and maintain all kitchen and back-of-house floors • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times • Transport food, supplies, and equipment throughout the stadium or venue as needed • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company safety procedures • All other duties as assigned.
