The primary objectives of a steward are to clean all china, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen through general cleaning, trash removal, organization, floor cleaning, and cleaning equipment, as necessary. The stewarding role may include working at multiple locations, either during the same shift or scheduled for one location, to include Kissing Camels, Three Graces, or the Main Kitchen.
