The Stewarding Polisher at Maybourne Beverly Hills is responsible for cleaning, polishing, organizing, and maintaining kitchen equipment, service ware, silver, copper, and guest-use glassware. Core functions of the position, but are not limited to the following; Wash, rinse, sanitize, and dry pots, pans, dishes, crockery, cutlery, serving utensils, chafing dishes, and other kitchen equipment throughout the shift.
