Job conditions are occasionally uncomfortable, with moderate (20-40%) issues of confinement, temperature change, incident of noise, or interactions of a disagreeable nature, inside/outside work, dirty conditions, exposure to contagious disease, etc. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred knowledge of hazardous spill procedures, safety data sheets, hard floor care, i.e. stripping/recoating floors, and carpet cleaning.
