Store - SHREVEPORT-BOSSIER CITY, LA Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities (will include but are not limited to the following) <ul><li>Follow a daily structured account call list and structured rotation frequency</li><li>Weekend hours: <ul><li>Monday, Tuesday & Friday - 8:00 A.M. until route is complete, or as directed by lead merchandiser</li><li>Saturday, Sunday - 4:30 A.M. until route is complete, or as directed by lead merchandiser</li><li>Holidays as required</li></ul></li><li>Develop and maintain good working relationship with all customer managers, employees and receiving clerks</li><li>Ensure product freshness standards of ALL products in all assigned accounts</li><li>Repairing damaged product and packages in the market to maintain high company standards and package integrity</li><li>Verify all paper and permanent Point of Sale materials (P.O.S.), both exterior and interior, are current and in good visual condition</li><li>Build displays, organize shelf sets, organizing and rotating cold box, and other merchandising activities, as communicated by Team Leader</li><li>Company vehicle: <ul><li>Maintain a clean and organized vehicle</li><li>Pick up assigned vehicle Friday morning and return at the end of route on Monday</li></ul></li><li>Complete all assigned training requirements</li><li>Work with Team Leader to resolve customer service issues</li><li>Report out-of-stock issues to Lead Merchandiser or Team Leader</li><li>Safety awareness and prevention is the duty of all employees. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on company vehicles. Follow all traffic laws, ordinances and regulations of Local, State, Federal and Company.</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Must be 21 years of age</li><li>Valid driver's license</li><li>Safe driving record</li><li>Highly self-motivated and results oriented with the ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, and be attentive to details</li><li>Professional conduct and organizational skills</li><li>Available to work weekends Friday through Tuesday, as early as 4:30 A.M., as well as on holidays, as needed</li><li>Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a team environment</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Physical requirements include: Repetitive bending, lifting up to 20 lbs, pulling/pushing up to 250 pounds on a two-wheeler, hanging point of sale merchandise</li></ul>Work Experience Requirements <ul><li>Prior merchandising experience preferred</li></ul>Education Requirements <ul><li>High school diploma or GED certificate required</li></ul>
