Based at At Home''s Home Office in Coppell, Texas, interns will work alongside our Buying, Product Development, and cross-functional teams on real business priorities while completing a structured Merchandising Internship Learning Path. During the 10-week program, interns will: Learn and apply retail math through dedicated training covering sales growth, markdowns, margin, inventory productivity, sell-through, turnover, weeks on hand, and other metrics used to make merchandising decisions.
