Brown & Brown is seeking a transformational and results-oriented Senior Director, Technology Solutions to lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing management of enterprise platforms supporting our shared services organizations, including Teammate Resources (HR), Finance, Legal, and other corporate functions. The role will serve as a trusted business partner to the Chief People Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and their leadership teams, ensuring technology investments enable business growth, operational efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional teammate experience.
