The selected candidate will work with/lead cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, Product Investigations) to determine product scope and consequence of potential product issues during preliminary technical reviews of product alerts. The Specialist will also document all required technical review information and data with sufficient detail and clarity; recommend escalation or closure actions for all product alert items and provide rationale; and provide frequent technical review status reports to Product Investigators and management.
