Some of your key responsibilities will include: • Building and executing a sales strategy targeting industrial manufacturing and mining sectors • Developing a deep understanding of customer operations in heavy industry, identifying challenges and specifying solutions that leverage FerroWorks' technical capabilities • Cultivating strong, long-term relationships with key customer accounts, distributors, OEM partners, and industry stakeholders • Conducting on-site visits to industrial facilities, mines, mills, and manufacturing plants to assess customer needs, present product capabilities, and support solution development • Leveraging market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new growth opportunities • Managing the sales pipeline, maintain accurate forecasting, and ensure disciplined use of CRM tools • Collaborating closely with engineering, product development, and operations teams to align customer requirements with production capabilities • Representing FerroWorks at industry shows, mining conferences, manufacturing events, and customer demonstrations • Preparing regular reports on sales activity, market conditions, pricing trends, and competitive dynamics. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside or field-based sales within industrial, heavy manufacturing, steel, or mining environments • Preferred: Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels • Experience selling engineered or metallurgical products into industrial or mining markets • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze operational challenges in customer facilities • Proficiency in CRM tools and field sales technology • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value deals • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
