Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Qualifications and Competencies: Enrolled within a university in the US, pursuing a MS or PhD degree in Biology, Agronomy, Biotechnology, or a related field; Strong plant physiology, horticulture, or agronomy acumen with hands-on experience in greenhouse or field environments; Ability to design, plan, and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results. In this R&D Plant Biology Co‑op role, you will support the technical development for greenhouse and growth chamber plant production and testing workflows, collaborating with researchers and scientists to achieve shared research goals and technical milestones.
