Other preferred knowledge and experience: Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise Human Resources and Administration IT systems, including platforms such as ServiceNow HRSD, UKG/Kronos Workforce Management, SuccessFactors, OpenText Info Archive, SAP ECC, Learning Management, Talent Management, and related business applications. Partner with the Department Manager to shape and advance the strategic vision and direction of AHM IT, the Enterprise System Services Division, and the General Business Applications Department, translating organizational objectives into actionable plans and driving effective execution of divisional and departmental strategies.
