Position Summary: The Shop Manager oversees all aspects of equipment maintenance, fleet readiness, and shop operations for Summit Line Construction's construction fleet a mixed inventory of line trucks, digger derricks, aerial devices, tensioners, pullers, and support vehicles deployed across transmission, distribution, substation, and renewable energy projects throughout the Western U.S. This is a hands-on leadership role that demands equal parts mechanical aptitude, organizational discipline, and crew management, with direct accountability for keeping field crews equipped and their equipment safe, compliant, and running. Manage preventive maintenance schedules for a diverse fleet including bucket trucks, digger derricks, wire tensioners, hydraulic pullers, material handlers, and light-duty support vehicles, ensuring all assets are field-ready and in safe operating condition.
