Responsible for providing management and oversight of the Hamley's Saddle Shop operations including; production of all leather goods, supervising Saddle shop staff, ordering and inventorying supplies for the Saddle shop, and working with Store Manager to produce leather goods that promote Hamley's brand. Responsible for developing all Saddle Shop employees, providing hands-on instruction, and production of trophy saddles, western saddles, saddle accessories, tack, small leather goods, and repair.
