• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in a sales-driven environment • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding financial targets • Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and interact on the showroom floor for extended periods, lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
