POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Director is a key member of the center administrative team that supports the mission and values of the Early Childhood Service line, provides leadership and oversight of programming rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and provides direct supervision of program Behavioral Specialists and co-supervision to program assistants. Develops and implements training plans related to, but not limited to, natural environment teaching, discrete trial instruction, functional routines, verbal behavior programming, functional behavioral assessment, positive behavior support, assessment, data collection, and curriculum development.
