Fun, fast paced work environment, with variety in the day to day routine. We are currently seeking Key Team Leader (Key Holder) candidates. This position will carry keys to the store and will part of the leadership team. This position will perform additional responsibilities in the absence of the store manager as well.Requirements:<ul><li>Previous sales experience in an automotive service shop environment is strongly preferred</li><li>Be able to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Must have a proven track record of customer service</li><li>Must have strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally</li><li>Must be able to stand, kneel and crawl to inspect tires and equipment</li><li>Must have strong computer skills in regard to: Microsoft Office, internet, and software navigation.</li><li>Must have a current valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.</li><li>You must also be at least 18 years old</li></ul>The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
