Working collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, hospital leadership, service line leaders, nursing, and system stakeholders, the Director leads growth initiatives, operational improvement efforts, and care delivery strategies that optimize performance and support Wellstar's mission, vision, and values. Serving as the administrative leader in a dyad leadership model, the Director partners with physician leadership to drive clinical, operational, and financial performance while advancing divisional and organizational goals.
