Under the leadership of the Executive Director, the Development Director leads and implements fundraising strategies aligned with Care Net's Mission, Vision, Core Values, Strategic Plan, and financial priorities. • Develop and coordinate with the Executive Director and appropriate staff, a comprehensive fund development program, including annual and recurring giving, major and planned gifts, events, campaigns, grants, and other revenue opportunities.
