Impact Youll Make: The Head of Sales Strategy and Vertical Expansion is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies tailored to specific industry verticals.

Designs and manages performance improvement data systems and procedures in collaboration with management to facilitate strategic business planning financial planning program development marketing and regulatory compliance to ensure delivery of safe cost-effective and high-quality patient care.

Leads all aspects of the annual benefit development and implementation including development of benefit changes, coordinating actuarial premium development, brochure updates and clarifications, develops call letter response, manages OPM benefit negotiations, and oversees vendor implementation of changes. This includes tasks such as the annual enrollment goals, annual profitability goals, leading strategy meetings internally and with the vendor partner, leading quarterly business reporting meetings, conducts industry research, and facilitates research surveys.
