Design and organize the underground services resources, including large scale tunnel/underground opening projects, conventional transportation/transit tunnels, large diameter pipeline tunnels, and the small diameter trenchless pipeline market. This role is responsible for the marketing, planning, design, coordination, and oversight of underground infrastructure systems, including roadways, railroads, water, wastewater, stormwater, utilities, and associated civil works.
