Financial: Oversee the collection of outstanding student balances, document clear procedures, and collaborate with Administration and Finance to develop strategies and metrics to reduce student receivables; perform and/or supervise fee assessment, tuition payment plans, alternate payment sources (including waivers and reimbursements), miscellaneous billing and revenues, refund processing, and collection activities; manage the budget and department expenses. Technical: Act as systems administrator for the online payment gateway ancillary system; work with enrollment systems manager on rolling out module enhancements and system updates, developing training and documentation; work with the enrollment systems manager on integration initiatives to streamline student services.
