HOW YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT: Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, development, donor relations, or advancement within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization, including experience leading staff, complex portfolios, or cross-functional initiatives. Works in a variety of settings, including LCSNW office locations, partner agency and community-based settings, client home or community settings, outdoor settings in varying weather conditions, and faith-based settings such as churches.
