Job details:</div><div>The Delivery Driver Trainee will receive training to be able to achieve efficient and quality pick up, relocation, delivery, installation and networking of office equipment in a safe manner. The Trainee will be responsible for successful completion of the Delivery Driver Trainee program including proficiency in equipment, technology, productivity and safety standards, including but not limited to:</div><ul><li>Completion of assigned Pro Tread Courses.</li><li>Meet driving standards including successful completion of Smith System Training, road test and safety compliance (i.e. hard brakes, accidents, driving violations, etc.).</li><li>Display proficiency in phone usage (mobilelink, FMHH, DOT logs, Toner App, GPS).</li><li>Display excellent customer interaction skills (pre-call, training on new device, networking, internal/external customers.</li><li>Accurately complete pre/post trip inspections.</li><li>Successful completion of driver install program/training.</li><li>Loading and strapping proficiency.</li><li>Safety program involvement.</li><li>Proficiency in use of delivery equipment (i.e. stairclimber, dolly, pallet jack, etc.).</li></ul> About Ricoh:Mission and Vision
