Career Success Schools (CSS), an alternative charter high school district serving students through flexible, student-centered educational models, is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Student Recruitment & Enrollment Specialist to lead outreach, recruitment, enrollment support, and student engagement efforts. This position plays a critical role in growing and sustaining student enrollment by building strong partnerships with schools, community organizations, probation departments, workforce agencies, social service providers, and families throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
